ASEAN Online Sales Day 2022 is scheduled to be held from 8 to 10 August in conjunction with the 55th anniversary of the founding of ASEAN, according to the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency.
This year’s program will be co-chaired by the Chairman of ASEAN 2022 Cambodia along with Singapore and Vietnam.
It offers a good opportunity for enterprises across ASEAN to promote their products and increase sales through e-commerce in the region.
The event will include domestic and cross-border transactions.
In addition, businesses, and e-commerce platforms in 10 ASEAN countries will launch a series of shopping programs with special discounts for consumers in those countries.
The companies and platforms will coordinate the implementation of cross-border online shopping programs among ASEAN countries.
In the context of post-pandemic economic recovery and participation in new generation free trade agreements, ASEAN Online Sales Day 2022 will be an important step for ASEAN to show solidarity and promote its potential for e-commerce and online transactions.
