In these hard and often depressing times, one thing everyone looks forward to is some cheer and goodwill.
Well, for Canadian, Gurdeep Pandher, his little dance certainly brought some cheer and smiles to many.
A video clip of him doing the famous Punjabi Bhangra in the middle of a frozen lake soon after getting his second Covid-19 vaccine dose has since gone viral and many are simply elated about it.
Today, I received my second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Then I went to a frozen lake in the lap of pure nature to dance Punjabi Bhangra on it for joy, hope and positivity, which I'm dispatching to Canada and beyond for everyone's good health.

Gurdeep says he did it out of joy, hope and positivity.
“Today, I received my second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Then I went to a frozen lake in the lap of pure nature to dance Punjabi Bhangra on it for joy, hope and positivity, which I’m dispatching to Canada and beyond for everyone’s good health,” Gurdeep captioned the post, adding a YouTube link of the same video.
Clad in a winter jacket and boots, he was happy to show off his Bhangra skills on the frozen lake somewhere in Yukon, northwest Canada.
The video has since garnered numerous comments, with many netizens thanking him for the much-needed cheer, while others said it brought a smile to their face.
“You are wonderful and inspiring. I wish I had thought of this only I don’t really have a traditional dance I could do, although I did take some modern dance in college, lol,” read a comment.
His Tweet has been liked 28,000 times, retweeted 3,700 times and his video has been watched 686,000 times.
