Getting your food delivered to you via online booking seems to be the new normal these days – especially since the movement control order (MCO) kicked in.
As a means to make money, the job however, can be stressful at times.
While everyone has their own remedy for reducing stress, one GrabFood rider decided to make the most of his situation.
The GrabFood rider who goes by the username @sharil.b on TikTok goes about his daily routine with a GoPro camera on his motorcycle helmet.
He has taken the opportunity to record certain things he encountered daily since he began working as a delivery rider in mid-2020.
However, his latest TikTok video has since gotten more than 670,000 views and counting.
He is seen delivering food to a customer who hands him a tip. He also notices the customer has a trampoline in the yard and decides to ask the customer permission for him to have a go at it.
“Is it okay if I use the trampoline for a while?” he asked.
The customer replied, “Really ah … why? and Shahril said he just wanted to try it for fun.
The customer has no issues with Shahril using the trampoline and he then climbs on and enjoys himself for a few minutes.
After releasing some stress and reliving some childhood moments, Sharil leaves and shouts his thanks to the man who replies, “Okay, no problem!”
