HOMEVEST is the first real estate company to offer a home ownership for employees (HOPE) program in Malaysia.
Pursuant to its initiative, the well-known property investment, management and development company, has now been listed in the Malaysia Book of Records.
For the record, the Malaysia Book of Records is a body that recognizes creators, holders and breakers of records in the country.
The company in a statement said, as a record holder, HOMEVEST distinguishes itself from other companies based on the value that can be regenerated to investors.
It noted that since its launch in 2020, the HOPE initiative has contributed to the improvement of talent retention programs in various companies.
Since HOPE was introduced, it has also increased employee productivity and instilled a sense of employee loyalty to employers

It is understood the benefits of this program are equivalent to the benefits of Fortune 500 -listed companies, which ultimately create a positive as well as rewarding work environment.

Datuk KY Lim was recently awarded as a Top 10 Finalist for the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award 2021.
