How many of us have been disappointed with products bought online that look way different when they arrive ?
The harder question would be how many of us actually received something much more valuable than what was originally ordered?
A man from Mumbai, India, ordered mouthwash from Amazon recently and when his parcel arrived, he got something totally unexpected – a Redmi Note 10 handphone.
Twitter user, Lokesh Daga said he had placed an order for four Colgate mouthwash bottles priced at Rs 396 (RM23) on Amazon on May 10 and later received a handphone worth Rs 13,000 (RM734).
“Hello Amazon. Ordered a Colgate mouth wash via ORDER # 406-9391383-4717957 and instead of that got a @Redmi Note 10. Since mouthwash is a consumable product, returns are restricted and am unable to request for return via the app,” he said on a Twitter post.

Upon opening the package, he said he noticed that the packaging label was his, but the invoice belonged to someone else.
He then emailed Amazon to ensure the package was delivered to the right person.
His post quickly went viral with social media users praising him for being honest.
However, some hilarious comments read, “Don’t worry , I need a phone please give it to me, and I will order two mouthwash for you. Both of us will be happy.”
