Recently the Chicago Fire Department had shared a video on Twitter where a black cat took a leap of faith from a burning fifth-floor building window.
The apartment in Englewood, Chicago, was engulfed in flames.
In the video, the cat was seen looking out from the broken window before making the leap.

The feline landed on all fours, bounced and proceeded to walk away.
The now famous cat has apparently not returned home.
The Chicago Fire Department was responding to the call of a fire in the kitchen and was able to douse the flames in under 15 minutes, when the cat decided to take matters in its own paws.
The Tweet has been retweeted almost 6,000 times so far.
