Having a meal at a fast-food restaurant is something many of us take for granted.
However, what some don’t realise is that not everyone enjoys this privilege.
Realising her students, 30 of them in total, had never enjoyed a meal at KFC, a teacher in Baling, Kedah decided to treat them all.
Izmaniza Fahida Ismail shared the “adventure” on Tiktok recently where she is seen bringing the students to a KFC outlet in Baling. This was apparently as a reward for their good attendance and completed homework.

She said many of the students were from struggling families and broken homes and were unable to afford such a meal.
“They were absolutely delighted and the look of happiness on their faces was enough satisfaction for me,” she said.
She said she was even more touched when many of their students wanted to share their meals with those back home. To ensure they had enough, she ordered huge combo sets for all of them.
A mother of three, Cikgu Izmaniza encourages everyone to look out for each other and lend a helping hand whenever possible.
Netizens have since praised the teacher for her noble gesture and have left her heartfelt comments.
