Follow the inspirational story of Dr S. Madhusudhan and his dedicated team of volunteers at the Teddy Mobile Clinic (TMC), a medical haven to the homeless and less fortunate along Jalan Hang Lekiu, Kuala Lumpur, which provides free medical treatment and care.
For four years and counting, the “Teddy Bear Doctor” continues to impact lives one treatment at a time!
For making an impact in society, Dr Madhusudhan was named as one of 10 winners of the Star Golden Hearts Award back in 2015. Three years later, he made Malaysia proud when he was awarded the prestigious Commonwealth Point of Light 2018, an award granted by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II as the Head of the Commonwealth to recognise selfless individuals who have made a contribution to society and inspired others as a role model of volunteerism.
Over the years, Dr Madhusudhan and his team have achieved greater heights as they now run medical camps at orphanages, senior citizens’ homes and other underprivileged communities.
