Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) is no longer a foreign name among students and graduates.
Due to the loans offered by PTPTN, many of us can finish our studies without having to think about the hassle of paying fees or having insufficient funds. Once we have finished studying, we have to repay the PTPTN loan. This is to ensure the future of education for the next generation.
Here are 3 things you need to know about PTPTN loan repayment.
- Loan repayment channels
Payment can be made through any PTPTN payment counter, online payment, through salary deduction or direct debit and also the withdrawal of EPF Account 2.
- PTPTN’s friendly initiative
PTPTN always strives to help borrowers. This time, PTPTN has improved its ‘early warning’ system to borrowers to reduce outstanding debts with the implementation of more friendly notices to bring PTPTN closer to borrowers.
As such, you can negotiate to make a loan restructuring payment so that the monthly payment can be reduced according to financial ability.
The #PTPTNSediaBantu initiative has also been introduced to make it easier for borrowers to deal with and disseminate various channels that are easier, faster and safer as well as to help borrowers to understand and use the existing PTPTN communication channels effectively.
Therefore, for any questions that plague your mind about loan repayment, you can directly contact the PTPTN officers who are always committed to providing the best service in helping to resolve matters or answer questions through the channels provided.
In addition to making a refund, you also have the chance to win prizes.
PTPTN introduced various new payment channels to help borrowers make loan repayments with the implementation of attractive campaigns that benefit borrowers such as strategic partnerships with AnsaraPay, PayHalal and ShopeePay through the ‘Click, Pay & Earn is Back!’ Campaign.
PTPTN has implemented various customer -friendly approaches to assist and facilitate borrowers to repay their loans. Through the presentation of the 2022 Budget, the Government has agreed to provide PTPTN loan repayment discount incentives from 1 November 2021 to 30 April 2022.

This is the right time to settle your PTPTN debt thanks to the implementation of a discount.
